The VCIS PTA was a parent-led organisation through which parents volunteered their time, developed initiatives, supported students and school activities, and provided a channel for collective parent participation in the school community.
This website preserves the PTA's historical records, including its annual reports, Board composition, governance documents, activities and other material documenting its work.
In October 2026, VCIS informed the PTA Board that the school would no longer continue the existing PTA structure, and would instead introduce a school-led model of parent engagement.
The school subsequently communicated this decision to parents and announced that the remaining PTA funds would be reallocated to school activities.
The PTA Board had not itself resolved to discontinue the organisation at this time.
This archive therefore serves two purposes: to preserve the record of the PTA's work, and to preserve the PTA's own account of this transition.
